Responsibilities/Authorities (CUSTOMER SIDE)
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in the definition and execution of their Customer Value Management strategy
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in the implementation of Marketing Transformation Programs
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in the creation of advanced analytics models adopting machine learning algorithms
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in the execution and post-evaluation of their inbound and outbound campaigns across traditional and digital channels
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients to improve the effectiveness of their campaigns by adopting innovative analytics capabilities
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in empowering their current CVM and Analytics capabilities through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence
Support Communication Media and Technology Clients in the execution of digital marketing and advertising activities
End to end management of teams of business and technical consultants
dentify key customer requirements and define the right solution to meet these requirements around Digital Advertising/Marketing with KH on Analytics for applied intelligence, ML area;
Track and solve technical issues with customers;
Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organizing various marketing activities;
Define solution/product strategy, roadmap and implement through frequent communications with customers;
General solutioning skills (bring solution components together with all contributing experts).
