الوصف الوظيفي · Plans, develops and implements strategy for HR management (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts and succession planning) · Plans, develops and implements in conjunction with executives and department heads policies and procedures for the entire company and evaluates and updates them periodically · Handles the recruitment and staffing process including the formation and placement of advertisements, CV screening, arranging interviews, short listing and follow through · Creates the Tawasul’s HR policies, procedures and processes including HR manuals, employee policies and any other relevant documentation · Develops and recommends improvements to HR related policies and processes including employee welfare, compensation, benefits and job grading · Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements · Understands the organization’s privacy policies and maintains appropriate controls over access to, use and maintenance of personal data · Researches and apply’s best practice approaches to HR related activities · Extensive follow-up of visa requirements and relevant documentation with various government sectors · Keep records of employee details including passports, visa’s, tracking expiry dates and other similar documentation · Handles employee insurance policies, drivers licenses, company’s trade licenses, Chamber of Commerce licenses and other similar documentation · Handles visa’s for entry into UAE and travel visa’s to other countries, tickets, accommodation, bookings and other related documentations · Able to draft employment contracts and organization charts. · Provide and recommend employee services including counseling, wellness and welfare · Developing and documenting recruitment policies and procedures · Liaison with recruitment consultants · Oversight of performance management and improvement systems in conjunction with Human Resource Development · Ensuring organizational compliance to regulatory requirements for Human Resources · Establishes employee relations and communication · Manages compensation and benefits administration · Establishes employee services and counseling · Management of reception and general administration services including receptionists · Manage and develop direct reporting staff · Directs Tawasul’s recruiting, selection, and placement program · Interprets Tawasul rules and regulations and departmental policies and procedures regarding personnel actions for management, employees, and applicants. Advises Tawasul management and supervisors of best method of filling vacancies · Directs the production of the company payroll, in conjunction of the with operation department heads and finance · Issues and continuously updates an employee handbook or other communication tool designed to inform employees of company policies & procedures · Performs other tasks as directed by the General Manager المهارات · To have an excellent understanding of policies and procedures · Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors and employee across departments · Computer literacy: MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point .
