Quest is working with a leading retail organization in the GCC who are currently looking for a strong Brand Manager for the Home category and will be responsible for Sourcing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising and VM. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi.
The responsibilities of the Brand Manager will include:
· Management and overseeing of Home brands and stores across the Gulf Region
· Accountable for Sourcing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising and VM
· Ownership of brand contracts and commercial terms for all markets
· Delivering category sales, gross margin, and turnover performance to plan
· Working with the buyers, merchandisers, and the VM teams
· Managing all aspects relating to the shipments, logistical processing, and allocation function
· Monitoring the Open to Buy (OTB) limits and inventory budgets and devise strategies to improve stock turns
· Responsible for ensuring the team delivers the required standards in terms
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:
· Willing to travel
· Proven excellent experience as a Brand manager for more than 5 years
· Proven experience in the fashion and lingerie retail industry
· Bachelors degree holder in Business management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
· Passionate and driven individual
