الوصف الوظيفي 3.4.1. Responsible for the assigned areas of workshop functions (machine shop) and for executing day-to-day activities and shall report to Workshop Engineer. 3.4.2. Shall be familiar with various internal and external audit processes including the certification & compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 systems. 3.4.3. Responsible to ensure that system procedures, method statements, work instructions and check lists related to workshop operations, plant maintenance support services and for the maintenance of workshop assets are followed by the team, review the created records for their correctness and for proper documentation. 3.4.4. Shall prepare various maintenance reports for critical activities, failure analysis reports for workshop assets and submit for review. 3.4.5. Have thorough knowledge on the activities pertaining to the assigned areas and able to provide input in developing maintenance tasks / plans including estimation of man-hours, materials and resources required. 3.4.6. Responsible to follow COMPANY’s CMMS for all the workshop activities and enter data in the system with 3.4.7. Responsible for allocation of activities to the workshop personnel of assigned areas, ensure that manpower and resources are effectively utilized, provide technical know-how to the team members and implement safe work practices. 3.4.8. Responsible to coordinate with Plant Operations, Maintenance, Planning and Warehouse departments for smooth functioning of workshop. 3.4.9. Shall be able to coordinate and cooperate with other contractors, third parties, vendors and service providers to effectively execute the workshop activities. 3.4.10. Shall have working knowledge of various codes and standards applicable with respect to workshop activities including specifications of materials generally used in oil & gas industries. 3.4.11. Shall be familiar with reading and understanding engineering drawings and able to explain the details to the team members. Familiar with vendor manuals and references in seeking requisite information for the workshop activities. 3.4.12. Shall be familiar with pre-qualification and inspection requirements for fabrication & welding activities, both shop pre-fabrication as well as in-situ hooking. 3.4.13. Shall be able to develop load lifting plans for heavy lifting operations within COMPANY operational facilities. 3.4.14. Shall be fluent with HSE requirements pertaining to operational oil & gas facility, able to carry out task risk assessments and implement mitigation controls for safe execution of workshop activities. Shall be able to conduct tool box talks. 3.4.15. Shall have knowledge on the permit-to-work systems followed in operational oil & gas facilities and willing 3.4.16. Shall be able to propose requirements for workshop facility enhancement and provide input for cost analysis and justifications. 3.4.17. Shall at least be a Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering with minimum experience of 8 years in the maintenance of an operational oil & gas facility including a minimum of 5 years in mechanical workshop managing at least a team of 15-20 personnel. 3.4.18. Shall have valid UAE driving license and shall pass COMPANY’s defensive driving test qualifying to drive |
