As an imagery analysis SME, you will be providing operational subject matter expertise supporting the design and development of complex, specialised hardware/software systems to process and manipulate ISR data from multiple data sources.
• You provide operational expertise to integrate multi-source data flow processes. • You are able to provide operational contextual expertise in the delivery of imagery analysis software solutions. • You perform analysis of available satellite imagery data to validate functional performance of developed systems. • You interact with software engineers and data scientists providing expertise to ensure a fundamental understanding of imagery analysis technical complexities and needs. • You interface with Systems Engineering, Product Development, and Project Engineering to define new integrated operational functionality. • You provide technical subject matter expertise in multi-platform operational and mission data technical requirements. • You are able to provide development advice based on extensive operational contexts to advise system integration requirements. • You assist UI developers and UI/UX designers in the features and visualisation of developing multi-source unified platforms with emphasis on technical and tactical analysis tools. • You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself. You convey and receive information in a clear, credible and consistent manner. • You understand the importance of effective communication within culturally diverse work teams immersed in a multinational company.
المهارات
• A recognised imagery analysis qualification preferably awarded by an operational military or government agency, supplemented by more than 10 years of operational military or government agency experience. • Experience of imagery analysis on a wide range of collection platforms or sensors including satellite and full motion video assets. • You will have operational experience of providing imagery analysis and assessments across a wide spectrum of subjects including providing assessment on infrastructure or activity in economic, maritime, land based or aviation contexts. • Experience of analysis of raw geospatial data to supplement imagery analysis, specifically through the use of GIS applications to analyse and display data. • Experience of fusion analysis including multi-sensor correlation techniques, intelligence assessments and situational reporting. • Strong background in the application of your subject, including in the knowledge of the principles of imagery analysis, commercial collection platforms and technical imagery analysis software in operational contexts. • Experience in operational requirements management within an operational environment. • Experience of managing and requesting efficient imagery data collection. • Experience in the development of CONOPs and CONUSE for collection systems, database management and analysis. • Experience in the implementation of new operational collection and analysis systems. • Experience in a range of techniques for displaying and reporting imagery data. • Experience in database management including data input, workflow management, quality assurance and quality control. • Experience in working effectively in culturally diverse team environments and possesses excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills. Bonus if you have • At least 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment with one or more of the following certifications or similar: CSD, CSM, SA, ASE.
