Progressive Recruitment is working with a regional client within the Banking & Real Estate Market who is currently looking for a Vice President to join their corporate division based in Abu Dhabi.
The client in question has recently gone through a merger so they have around 100+ office spaces within the UAE and oversees which now need to go through a re-branding programme to come inline with their existing company branding policy. They are looking for a Engineering professional who has past management experience involving fit out projects working for eithera developer or real estate company.

. Job purpose:
To implement overall supervision and close monitoring on planning, renovation and structural cabling works at Premises, Branches, Offices in UAE and overseas.Responsible for undertaking rental negotiations with the customers and payments for the Premises & lease rentals in UAE and overseas.
Key accountabilities:
Develop and lead the implementation of department’s long and short term plans and objectivessupport and monitor the performance of staff, consultants and contractors through draft design, production drawings, tender documents and construction phases.Provide advice and technical assistance related to design, construction, materials and equipment.Oversee interior decoration and fitting-out works for of company Owned buildings and leased premises.Planning and developing new branch design concept ensuring functionality, uniformity, aesthetics, improved branch image, comfortable working environmentSupervise all daily activities of the real estateEnsure that all Management Agreement prepared at the PMD are within policy and delivered to related branches & ATM on time.
Data on all leased locations to be updated and maintained.Prepare weekly/monthly report on company owned buildings occupancy status.
Profile:
The job holder is required to have a University Degree in Engineering and minimum 12-15years relevant experience in all aspects of engineering, relating to buildings. A working knowledge of local market practice in terms of products and services is also desirable, in addition to knowledge of computer aided design and computer literacy.
12 - 15years are relevant experience is a pre-requisite for the proper execution of the job holder’s dutiesKnowledge of MS office package, AutoCAD (2D) & MS Project.
This job is ideally suited to a UAE national but will consider all nationalities
