» Supervision of computer systems of allocated outlet, constant monitoring of the functionality of the software and to ensure the system is working flawlessly, including the check-out POS and back office operation, at all times.
» Supports for Data entry operators, cashiers, supervisors, storekeepers, Accountants on an occasional basis to train them on how to handle the system and the documentation relating to their respective job specification by the support of System Administrator.
» To monitor the inventory, stock movement by means of the relevant MIS reports and with the help of the outlet supervisors/storekeepers in order to maintain accuracy of the stock and to rectify the inventory-related issues as and when required.
» Timely action is taken in case any application bugs, reporting errors are found in the system in coordination with the system Administrator Select HO to rectify the problems.
» Monitoring of the performance of CCTV system and to ensure all are working flawlessly and backup is recorded in DVR at all times for occasional scrutiny as and when required & report to System Administrator Select HO.
» To Train the Supervisors / HR & Admin staff on the usage of the Bio- metric devices and to ensure the devices are working in all the locations properly and necessary support is provided in case of any malfunctions, with the help of System Administrator.
» To handle all the IT-related troubleshooting of technical problems resulting from malfunction of the system, application errors and the data entry errors being made by users at allocated Outlet.
» Installation of the IT Hardware as and when needed and to take care of the control & maintenance of allocated Outlet.
» Coordinate with the users in all the departments, especially the data entry operators, check-out operators. HR& Admin, Purchasers and Finance & Accounts to make sure the data entries are taking place smoothly and efficiently and all the IT- related Issues are timely attended to.
Designing & printing of Promotion flyers of allocated Outlet if so required.
