•Strategically plan, lead and manage Learning & Development activities to understand business needs, align learning resources, provide quality L&D;solutions, build talent capability and add value to business through various initiatives which includes strategic development and delivery of training course, blended learning solution, Career Development, and Work Placement Program in order to achieve HC and Emiratization strategies.
