Responsibilities:
Act as an execution lead closely partnering with the Product Owners, Digital Delivery Director, and Engineering teams
Resolve, escalate and/or track impediments
Identify and manage risks and dependencies
Assist with forecasting and management of budget within established parameters
Assist with economic decision making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tradeoff discussions
Assist with execution and feature/capability completion tracking
Ensure solutions are implemented per functional requirements while maintaining accuracy.
Maintain and communicate schedules for release planning
Maintain release plans for visibility and transparency
Troubleshoot and manage problem solving during the solution build and test phases
Ensure comprehensive and seamless project post-implementation transition Support teams as appropriate
Encourage and participate in program level continuous improvement and communities of practice
Coach, mentor and motivate leaders and project team members on Agile best practice and new processes
Encourage team collaboration
المهارات
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Agile Certification (CDA, CDAP, CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scaled Agilist, etc.)
PMP preferred
5+ years project management experience
3+ years senior scrum master working with multiple scrum teams
Expertise with multiple Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and Disciplined Agile
Experience with enterprise solutions like SAP and/or Oracle
Familiarity with developing business processes and IT solutions in Business and CRM environments from conceptualization to implementation.
Demonstrated overall entrepreneurial drive with high customer-oriented focus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and team facilitation skills.
