Purpose of Job
• Plans IT Division initiatives in the development and coordination of the strategic direction necessary to achieve these initiatives in a planned manner.
• Provides IT professional advice on IT strategies and follow-up on IT service performance to the IT Division Manager.
• Monitors IT Division budget and manpower and reviews the progress of approval of IT projects against approved plans.
• Supervises the preparation and update of IT policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in planning.
Minimum Job Requirements
• B.Sc in Information Systems or equivalent studies. Extensive training in IT planning techniques.
• 8 years’ experience in data processing and information systems planning studies, evaluation and selection of new technologies.
• Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
• Good presentation and report writing skills
