JVs, acquisitions, all forms of transactional corporate workcommercial contracts - review and negotiationelements of compliance and governancesome involvement in budgets and broader strategic decisions
Profile
Common Law qualified (ideally UK, US or Europe)Solid grounding in transactional corporate workBackground knowledge of Financial ServicesArabic language skills would be an advantage
