The scope of work is to include but not restricted to the afore mentioned points;
· To continuously train the new comers and existing staffs to ensure that they will be able to maintain the standards whenever deployed at the site.
· To ensure that the training content details gives sufficient information to the attendees for the work to be effectively carried out.
· Delivers training courses daily at the Training center or on operation sites as appropriate
· Assists team in drafting training content and delivery outlines based on Operation Manual and international & Local Standards
· Supports senior trainers in projects to develop the Training & Quality Department
· Co-ordinates with the assigned departments to ensure training schedule will meet their needs
· Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
· Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
· Contributes to the identification of improvements of systems, processes and practices to enhance business processes, cost reduction and productivity
· Be able to train the staff regarding all MEP skills.
· Produce Internal Audit Yearly plan across all FM sites and contracts
· Conducting Internal audits to ensure compliance of Company and International Standards
· Ensure that all sites are following Standards and Checklists presented in training sessions
· Preparing Audit assessment reports and presenting it to management review and action
· Prepare and present Asset Condition Survey based on Current PPM procedures and Damage history
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management.
· Certification of IOSH, NEBOSH, FM
· 5 + years’ experience in hard services. (Malls, Residential complex)
· Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge of CAFM / CMMS.
· Knowledge of FM concept and terms.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programmers and all technical documentation
· Experience with different projects, like management training and hard services development, is also essential.
· Fluent English language ability both spoken and written.
