The scope of work is to include but not restricted to the afore mentioned points;
· Providing trainings as per the BICSc standard for all the soft services staffs.
· Preparing a proper training plan for the trainers to conduct training across Khidmah.
· Ensure accurate records are maintained in relation to training, certification learning evidence.
· Ensure the training program delivered to Khidmah staff is to the highest standards, instilling the quality focus of the organization across the board, and out into the field team of Khidmah staff.
· Conduct site audits of Company’s BICSc standard implementation and submitting report to the line manager for further action plan by understanding the importance of prioritization and order of precedence in problem solving.
· Recognize the existence or non-existence of practical connections between cost and standard, sharing managers on implementation of standard minimizing the cost.
· Ensure safe working practices are adhered to through training, in accordance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
· Preparing the strategy for corrective actions with perfecting the quality for sites inspected liaising with the line manager.
· Preparing Kick off Management Training Tract for all cleaners, office boys, team leaders and acting supervisors. Select candidate and recommend in future leadership positions.
· Helps in managing the department budget to ensure that funds are spent as efficiently and effectively as possible and actively seek cost saving within the unit.
· Work with managers to create a more organized team by holding meetings with the supervisors and lead staffs for sites, thus ensuring greater team within the department.
·Created a routable training form for department employees to use to streamline the training process.
·Work with other key department personnel and others outside the department to create an effective training tracking tool/process.
·To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
· Develop Executive Reports for quick and easy review of the program and its costs and effectiveness.
· Review and modify as needed the training and site inspection process and determine who will take the lead role with the program in absence of line manager
·Updating the training matrix accordingly and arranging training at our in-house venues along with providing reports and keeping records.
المهارات
· Diploma Degree or equivalent in, Facility Management or Business Management.
· Certification of BICSc, COSHH, ISO, HACCP, IOSH.
· 5 years of experience in a similar role - BICS qualification preferred
· Good attention to detail and high standards of work
· Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
· Excellent and engaging presenter, with strong training delivery and coaching skills.
· Strong IT skills
· Fluent English language ability both spoken and written. Spoken Arabic an advantage.
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (H&S;) practices and policies
