Job Purpose: Assist the Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of processing payroll. Performs duties related to payroll operations, including recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls, in accordance with UAE labour law. Duties:- 1. Review and analyze payroll data and reports for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records. 2. Manage the printing and distribution of timecards and leave status reports 3. Prepare, process, and track wage 4. Process and maintain records of employee leave status 5. Maintain filing system for payroll and related records 6. Prepare and direct processing of deductions 7. Perform related duties as to specific assignments 8. Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution 9. Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others, maintains confidentiality 10. Coordinate with recruitment team for engagement for a new joiners and assisting the team to expedite the process of engagement 11. Prepare Action Confirmation for the internal transfers, promotion and salary increase. 12. salary of AED 5,000
المهارات
1. High school graduate or equivalent. Additional related training preferred. 2. Basic understanding of human resource functions. Knowledge of all related computer applications. Understanding of human resource reporting and recordkeeping requirements 3. Ability to gain credibility quickly and to cultivate good relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. 4. Ability to produce work to a high level of accuracy and detail 5. Calm, particularly under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 7. Proficient in MS Office & Computer Applications Experience and Skills: 1. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations 2. Read and interpret documents and reports 3. Write routine reports and correspondence 4. Maintain accurate and organized records 5. At least three year of related experience. Core skills: Highly organized, excellent auditing, numerical, alongside advance excel skills. Customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to excellence record keeping skills. Knowledgeable in uae labor law pertinent to employee contracts, benefits, and compensation administration.
