Implement the Nuclear Performance Improvement (NPI) programs across all functional areas in the assigned Nuclear Power Plan (NPP) Units with emphasis on Human Performance (HU), Self-Assessment (SA), Benchmarking (BM) tools and techniques including Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Observation and Coaching (O&C;), Mentoring, Trend Analysis. Administration of HU/SA/BM program •Support Head of NPI in implementing, measuring, monitoring and coordinating all HU/SA/BM activities across the assigned NPP Units. •Provide input for the yearly Self-Assessment and Benchmarking schedule for all Plant functional areas and support adherence to the schedule and timelines. •Prepare presentations of HU assessments and trends to other related NPI functions and Plant management. •Prepare technical presentations, graphs and documents to assist in decision-making and NPI task planning. •Perform the mentoring of Plant personnel to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement HU/SA/BM into plan Plant activities. •Perform HU training activities by assisting in the development and implementation of training and instructional material. •Provide oversight over the certified and qualified HU Subject Matter Experts (SME) Plant and contractor instructors. •Support in related performance improvement or project management committees along with Nuclear Performance Improvement Head and/or Manager. Implementation of HU/SA/BM processes •Ensure effective implementation of NPI programs and processes. •Apply HU tools and techniques on Plant activities and observe the utilization of these tools by employees within their business lines in alignment to the HU procedure. •Analyze HU/SA/BM trends to related Plant committees and management. •Perform the implementation, communication, change management and engagement plans related to HU/SA/BM. •Perform the facilitation, measurement and monitoring of team cohesion across all Plant functional areas. •Perform Observation and Coaching on Plant functional areas and personnel, and complete trending and reports on the completion and health of the O&C;program. •Support completion and tracking of line observations that meet O&C;schedule and CNO requirements. •Perform and participates in Self-Assessment tasks, being self-performed or undertaken by other Plant functional areas to ensure quality SA is maintained. •Review and grade line specific snapshot SAs and assess the quality of comprehensive SAs by providing feedback to the SA leaders. •Support Benchmarking by providing pre-job briefings, reviewing reports and facilitating the review meeting. •Provide oversight to ensure the completion of line benchmarking reports and sharing them to ensure learning within the organization. •Conduct orientation sessions with lines benchmarking employees and Self-Assessment leader prior to completion of respective activities and reports. •Complete assessments of line specific benchmarking and Self-Assessment reports to ensure value to the organization and ensure that the respective employees and SA Leaders enter them in the Nawah Controlled Documents Management System (NCDMS). •Maintain line department clock resets and monitor timely reporting of all events and support required attendees for any scheduled Human Performance Review Board (HURB).
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering. Experience 5 years’ relevant experience. Technical Competency •Good understand of HU/SA/BM tools and techniques •Good at facilitating team building and development •Basic understanding of high hazard operations & maintenance •Analytical skills •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
