Provide assistance in developing and implementing an effective document and records control system aligned to nuclear industry best practices; manage the processing and storage of all quality documents and records to ensure safe plant operation and program-wide compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Document Systems & Control
• Provide assistance in developing and monitoring an effective document and record control system aligned to nuclear industry best practices and standards.
• Provide easy access storage locations for Nawah templates and writer’s guides to ensure proper document management.
• Provide input to the strategic and day-to-day direction for the document control and records program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide assistance in developing and implementing program documentation (policies, procedures, processes etc.) and help ensure training for program participants to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Execute tasks as directed by the Records Management Manager. Document Coordination and Oversight
• Manage the processing of all incoming and outgoing quality documents and records to ensure they meet Nawah’s objectives.
• Manage the centralized Nawah records storage system and ensure that all records are securely stored in the proper location to align with quality requirements.
• Assist in conducting routine performance and compliance assessments of the document control/records management system to ensure the system meets compliance requirements. Health and Safety and Security
• Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
• Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities. People Management
• Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.
• Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance. Excellence and Quality Management
