Lead the development, implementation and operation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework for Nawah,
to support the Operational and Corporate activities. Facilitate continuous improvement in order to minimize the
organization’s risk and successfully instruct the team in the implementation of WANO SOER 2015-2. This contributes to
the purpose of facilitating adherence to Corporate Strategy and Governance: by verifying corporate governance,
oversight and delivery to ensure Nawah meets its objectives. 1- Lead the Nawah Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function to support Operational Program and Corporate activities • Construct the appropriate cross organizational team and associated plans to implement the requirements of
WANO SOER 2015-2
• Lead development, implementation and the management of the Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Overall facilitation the Enterprise Risk Management process and provision of risk management delivery support
• Development and maintenance of the Risk Governance arrangements, including Governance documentation and
Risk Tolerance and Appetite approach
• Development of the Risk Management Culture to support the implementation and effective operation of Enterprise
Risk Management
• System Owner and functional administrator for Enterprise Risk Management Information System and analysis
software
• Develop and then deliver of any required training and mentoring program s for Enterprise Risk Management,
including process and information management systems and analysis software, to support knowledge transfer and
organizational capability development 2- Verify Risk Management Assurance • Verify the Develop, implement and then facilitate a Combined Assurance Framework, including conducting Risk
Management assurance activities to provide management with the required assurances that Risk Management
activities are effective and appropriate 3- Facilitation of the Issues and Assumptions Management process • Develop, implement and then provide overall facilitation of an Assumptions Management process for Operational
and Corporate activities which is aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Risk Management
process 4- Health and Safety and Security • Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls
across the Division/Department/Section by the delivery of the Health and Safety Management Program to
guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service and a responsible
environmental attitude.
• Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all
aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to
Crisis Management and Business Continuit in order to continue mission-critical activities.
المهارات
Bachelor’s or higher in Science, Math, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent, Diploma or higher in Risk Management from International accredited body.
• 10 years of relevant experience, out of
which:
2 years in a Managerial role. Or equivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure (HR-PRC-0004 ). Preferred: • MBA or other relevant advanced management degree or diploma in management
• 10 years of enterprise risk management experience, including implementation of business continuity and crisis management programs
• International experience
• Risk Management consulting experience.
