Head of HR, HR Director and Transformation. My client is a prestigious government organisation based in the UAE, due to a multi billion dollar transformation program they are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking HR director to lead and help implement programs which will shape the country for the next 20 year’s.

• Engaging with stakeholders on a range of topics across from HR strategy, HR optimisation and HR lead enterprise transformation.
• Play a leadership role in building a vibrant HR Community of Practice aimed at developing the team.
• Design, plan and develop complex business solutions that include IA, HRIS solutions, RPA and functional HR insights
