The Opportunity

Zayed University’s College of Business is seeking Adjunct faculty on both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.Specifically, we are seeking individuals who have the expertise and ability to teach the following courses:

- Strategic Management
- Entrepreneurship
- Introduction to Marketing
- Introduction to Finance
- Introduction to Management
- Introduction to Micro-Economics
- Introduction to Macro-Economics
- Innovation Management
- Family Business Management
- Financial Accounting
- Managerial Accounting
- Human Resource Management
- Organizational Behavior
- Human Resource Information Systems
- Operations Management
- Management Decisions Sciences

Adjunct faculty are responsible for melding their expertise and experience with the established course syllabus to create dynamic instructional delivery to enthusiastic Emirati students. All adjuncts are supervised by a course coordinator who ensures a degree of consistency and equivalency between classes. Courses are typically taught in 80 minute blocks twice per week from January through to May and from August through to December.Classes usually consist of approximately 30 students.

Adjunct faculty are paid per course and can take between 1 and5coursesper semester.

The Requirements

Expat applicants must already be UAE residents sponsored by their spouse . Employed Emirati nationals must be able to provide a letter of no-objection from their employer.

Teaching and or professional experience in the area is desired.
