As the Quality and Business Support Manager you’re responsible for defining and establishing the activities for managing the quality management system for both the business and Qualification Framework Project, ensuring successful delivery of the new Qualification Framework capability.
Primary duties
· Develop, maintain and deliver the Quality Management Strategy & Plan(s) including planning, control & assurance
· Manage the Quality Management System including the development and implementation of quality processes including audit, assurance and review
· Review the project’s organisation, processes and products
· Work closely with the Landmarc Education Team (LET) Quality Manager to ensure coherence of the approach to and delivery of Quality management and planning.
· Ensure that the Quality Criteria and information is incorporated into other project plans and reports
· Undertake regular Quality Reviews of the deliverables/products
· Deliver the Configuration Management function
· Maintenance of accreditation, licensing and regulatory requirements
· Act as lead auditor, collating reports and implementing action plans as required

· Proven record in delivering programs
· The ability to handle, control and mitigate significant levels of individual and team risk
· Manage complex projects through all stages of the project lifecycle including the management and control of significant levels of risk
· Deliver projects to tight deadlines and appropriate quality standards
· Understand contract requirements
· Use initiative, good judgement and analysis skills to pre-empt and resolve problems in an innovative way
· Use MS Office products to a good level including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
· Work positively with the full range of cultures, individuals and groups involved with the project
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the project team, senior managers, the project teams and third-party providers
· Appropriately challenge and take robust positions with a broad range of behavioural skills
What you know
· Ideally, a good level of education to degree level in a relevant subject
· Knowledge of training delivery gained through working in a similar role, ideally with experience of training development and accreditation
· Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects including assurance and benefits realisation
· Industry best practice for Quality Management activities
· PRINCE2 project management principles gained through a relevant qualification
· Thorough knowledge of project management techniques including planning, monitoring, risk and benefit management gained through experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of the constraints and nuances of working in Abu Dhabi gained through working in UAE or the Gulf region
· Working within the Defence environment (desirable)
