الوصف الوظيفي Testing of water network pipe deflection test with Deflect meter 2%, 4% and final 5%. Conducting pre-concrete inspections and ensuring that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings, standards and project specifications. Coordinate with the Contractor and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials. Promotion of HSE awareness and ensure that all Project HSE requirements are implemented. Maintenance of monitoring daily, weekly, monthly reports and site progress records Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works. Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements. Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc. Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Observe site safety procedures. Inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists. Supervising of daily site activities during construction. Execution of works as per approved drawings, approval from consultant and client’s satisfaction. المهارات AADC/ADDC approval preferred. Prior Musanada experience and immediate availability preferred. Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team. Must possess the ability to read working drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications. تفاصيل الوظيفة |
