• Reaching the targets and goals set for your accounts.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for sales executive and your team as a whole.
• Provide training to the sales staff.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
• B.D.A’s with respective clients conducting periodical business reviews with clients.
• Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• With the Finance Department to coordinate the timely processing of invoices.
• Ensure timely payment Collection as per official credit granted to client.
