TO OFFER PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICES TO CALLERS SUCH AS BENEFICIARIES, PROVIDERS AND/OR INSURANCE COMPANIES, BY DETERMINING REQUIREMENTS; ANSWERING INQUIRIES, RESOLVING PROBLEMS; FULFILLING REQUESTS; MAINTAINING DATABASE. HE / SHE SHOULD PROVIDE ACCURATE AND RELEVANT INFORMATION RELATED TO INSURED MEMBERS’ MEDICAL COVERAGE
BASIC DUTIES:
- Attend to phone calls received from beneficiaries, providers and insurance companies.
- Provide full and accurate information related to beneficiary’s medical coverage as per policy boundaries, inclusion and exclusion list.
- The CC agent will adhere to the standards of call management and the KPIs set by the department managers; will endeavor to eliminate abandoned calls and ensure/ facilitate the provision of quality service to the beneficiaries.
- The CC agent will maintain files for reports.
- Be fully versed and educate callers on multiple insurance policies.
- Might be required to assist in training colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Able to accurately assess eligibility within the Kuwait guidelines as well as policy boundary.
