Catering event Manager who can join us during peak season from 4th September 2019 to 3rd of December 2019 .
• Attends to pre meetings and events needs of the Organisation to identify needs and deliverables.
• Manages the pre and post event operational planning and reviews meetings and events activity.
• Collaborates with the Food and Beverage team to contribute to the development and delivery of the catering plan and service vision
• Manages the setup, delivery and break down of each event including outdoor catering events.
• Oversees the allocation of equipment, stock, cash and labour.
• Manages labour teams and allocates appropriate staff to be assigned during the event as per event requirements.
• Coordinates with Staffing Manger to ensure that causal staff payroll is kept within the operating target as set.
• Complies with licensing, food safety and health safety legislation to meet ADFCA Standards.
• Manages the Inventory of Retail food offered during events.
• Reviews food wastage and consumer satisfaction data to inform decisions regarding future pricing, food offer and service delivery
• Collaborates with the Management Team to understand the guest profile for each event, and the Kitchen Team to define a cost appropriate product offer.
• Manages all meeting and event operational planning, defining numbers, timings, customer flow management and service delivery.
• Manages the post- event break out team and produces a detailed analysis post-event to include of P&L;, subcontractor performance, efficiency, support equipment, problems encountered, solutions implemented and guest comments for improvement.
• Plans and manages effective team briefings for event days.
Duration – from 4th September 2019 to 3rd of December 2019
6 working days in a week and 1 day off – 10 working hours/day

Will be based in Abu Dhabi and or Al Ain
