Job Description:
To Support Desktop Administration, Micros POS Support and Cash Register Machine support
— Key Responsibilities
Minimum 2yrs EXP in
• IT Hardware Support
• Micros POS Configuration & Support
• Cash Register Machine Configuration & Support
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot authorized desktop applications.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies, including networks, business applications, and development.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
