This is an aesthetic devices sales position responsible for growing the assigned territory by adding new accounts, fortifying sales with existing customers and participating in all activities related to the commercial sales of aesthetic equipment to physicians and healthcare professionals. Candidate must have high accountability for achieving the territory sales target and objectives.
Job Description:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospect new ones to generate new business for the organization.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.
- Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, onsite demonstrations, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Valid driving license
- Flexibility to commute between different emirates
- Based in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aesthetics is a must
- Experience in working with plastic surgeons and dermatologists
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
