-Responsible for supporting the PM lead in the development and delivery of the Relocation workstream.
-Support management of the delivery of the relocation program, monitor key milestones and dependencies.
-Support to the management and co-ordination of logistics and resources to enable the execution of the plan.
-Engage stakeholders in the development and agreement to the relocation plans.
-Support in the development of a day one plan through consultation and agreement with internal and external stakeholder group
-Support the development and delivery of security sweep plan.
-Provide regular updates and reports as required for the Client Operations and ORAT PMO team
المهارات
-Degree level education or equivalent experience.
-Project Management certification
-Minimum of 8 years’ experience
-Minimum of 3 years UAE experience
-Experience of airport operations
-Strong analytical and verbal reasoning skills
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Strong written and oral communications
-Proactive approach
-Ability to think strategically and creative problem-solving skills
-Experience of logistics operations
-Strong understanding and proactive approach to risk management principles
