Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive training program centered on training Security Personnel at Spark Security Services.
• Develop Pre-Selection Training programs for new projects mobilization
• Assist Operations team in solving specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
• Work with the Branch Managers and customer representatives to understand customer expectations and recommend measures to enhance program performance.
• Assess curriculum/ training modules to ensure its meeting intended objectives and requirements, provide analysis, advice and/or implementation assistance on training strategies.
• Evaluate instructional materials and trainings to ensure intended objectives and requirements are met and continually updating training materials to incorporate evaluation recommendations.
• Assist the operations team in the preparation of site specific Job Description/ SOP.
• Periodically conduct the on-site/ on job training
• Develop site specific contingency plan and conduct periodic mock drills.
• Perform Mystery shopper at various sites viz. Banks, Malls, Offices, in order to assess the quality of the services and the level of repose of security personnel to be evaluated.
• Establish Yearly training plan and notify the clients to obtain their approval.
• Design a learning framework and monitor learning outcomes.
• Act as a focal point in the Training Section Audits to be conducted by our ISO certification bodies and coordinate with the ISO representative.
• Regular reporting of Training activities
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A natural teacher, good at putting points across in an engaging and enthusiastic manner and inspiring students to take an interest in security
• Creative and innovative
• Able to Manage/ Supervise Special Events
• A capable professional writer, able to research and prepare high quality, clearly-written awareness and training materials/ SOP/ Job Descriptions / Site Specific Policies and Procedures free of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes;
• Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take the lead on security awareness and training activities, developing and delivering to a well-thought-out strategy and plans;
• Confident and professional in relation to Physical security, with the knowledge and experience to exude competence.
• Able to conduct security risk/ vulnerability assessments.
