CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Indian/Filipino
Male, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant experience in UAE
Strong knowledge of Revit + CAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed
Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (i.e CAD, 3D…) equipment and software
Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect’s supervision
Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials
Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design and draft technical details
Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to reproduce drawings
Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records
Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Organization, analytical and critical-thinking
Team player and flexible
Good communication skills, preferably bilingual
