We are looking for Corporate Instructors, to be working in our main office in Abu Dhabi.
This is a one year contract with a possibility to be extended based on performance.
Various trainings to be organized and delivered by the team of Corporate Instructors. Subjects to be divided in accordance with the expertise level and a work load. Some of the responsibilities are:
Deliver Mandatory Induction Training:
Human performance Initial Class
Human Performance fundamentals Class
Human performance Laboratory
Culture of Safety
Cross Culture Communications
Design and delivery Core Competency Courses
Delivery and proctor International Computing Driving License (ICDL)
Facilitate and deliver Team Building Activities
Deliver Service and Performance Excellence Training Program (SPEX)
Design and deliver At Site Values Workshops (and others)
المهارات
Relevant Experience in Nuclear Field (not mandatory for all the openings)
Systems Approach To Training (SAT)
Fluent understandable English
“Service and Performance” Attitude
Flexibility, adaptiveness
