-Send email invite / re-invite to suppliers from SAP Ariba
-Send a follow up email to the suppliers informing them that an invite is sent to them to complete refreshed registration in Ariba
-Monitor the process of requests sent
-Make calls to suppliers to the suppliers as a follow up and to speed up the process
-Escalate the requests where no progress is seen and seek help from the team lead
-Approve the completed requests in Ariba ensuring the data and submitted documents by the suppliers are complete as per requirements
-Carry out ad-hoc screening in Amber Road system
-Create permanent record in Amber Road system
-Forward the completed request (approved request in Ariba with screening records) to the supplier management team so that they can complete the data copy in SAP
-The work will be done using MS Excel, MS -Outlook, SAP Ariba and other applications
