Job Specific Responsibilities
• Responsible for automating and facilitating access to data for the whole organization
• Leads a team of Business Intelligence Specialists and Data Analysts to develop organizational wide reports to drive business and learner needs
• Passionate about finding patterns and insights in the data and presenting those to C-Level executives.
• Holds the responsibility of charting the career path of the team
• Hands-on experience using Tableau/PowerBI
المهارات
• Strong Experience with SQL, statistical software packages and data visualisation
• Great presentation skills to highlight the trends and key aspects of the data.
• Extremely well-organised and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
• Drive the maintenance and upgrades of an end-to-end Analytics Platforms that connects data (Amazon RedShift) and business intelligence (BI) systems
• 5+ experience managing teams of BI Specialists and Analysts
• 10+ in Mathematics, Computer Science or other Quantitative fields.
• Data Science background and experience is a plus.
