• Responsible for day to day operational support of the Digital Channels, Stand-alone services and entity websites including Bug fixes
• Responsible for ensuring compliance to the operational SLA’s and KPI’s
• Responsible for maintaining good working relationships and close collaboration with key operational stakeholders (Client, Service Desk, DevOps, Journey Support, Infrastructure etc.)
• Responsible for recommending operational capability improvements
• Responsible for policy, process and procedure compliance
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date operational documentation
• Responsible for providing on-call support on rotation and working early/late shifts as required for support coverage

o Sitecore skills required (certification preferred)
o ASP.NET training required (certification preferred)
o Mobile Support experience (IOS & Android) preferred
o React and Node JS skills preferred
o ITIL foundations certificate preferred
o Agile methodology training preferred

Work Experience
No. of Open positions: 2 (5 to 7 yrs) and (7 to 10 yrs)
5-7+ years of experience in an application support role
Experience with Agile operations & agile development methodologies (Kanban etc.)
Experience with managing risk and audit
Experience supporting corporate or government Websites, CMS, Digital services
