Identifies asset reliability risks to plant operations and carries out RCM and RAM analysis, reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety systems.
Provides assistance and support to the Reliability Engineers in developing and updating predictive and preventive maintenance programmes.
المهارات
Minimum Job Requirements:
BSc. in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Disciplines such as Control or Electrical Engineering may also be considered. Knowledge of RAM and RCM Modules preferred.
Willingness to learn a must. Will be taught how to run new software.
Minimum 2 years Reliability engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Knowledge of risk and reliability management systems
Good understanding of failure mode and effect analysis, with a failure mechanisms
experience in troubleshooting, analysing and resolving engineering problems independently
Effective communication and ability to write technical reports
Knowledge of ADNOC codes and standards, procedures, and specifications a plus
Competent in the use of PC and relevant engineering computer software applications such as Reliasoft.
Able to apply the concept of Reliability Centred Maintenance(RCM) and RAM
Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes
Comprehensive understanding of HSE and other regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written English
