SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Under general supervision, performs an account management role focused on customer service and client retention. Manage, support and grow sales through resellers within the territory. This includes serving as the primary liaison/sales executive with resellers in order to increase sales and market share.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services;
• Proactively work with clients to understand their current needs initiatives and align them to the appropriate Car Spa services;
• Engage with all customers and conduct client meetings over the phone;
• Establish quantity and product sales goals for each territory;
• Establish a budget and manage time and travel to stay within it;
• Locate potential resellers. Support them including training, sales direction, and familiarization with the products;
• Sales support functions such as special pricing requests, trial and sample orders, product demonstrations and application advice, order expediting or recommendation of alternative products;
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities;
• Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business;
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners;
• Manage and grow new customer relationships and revenue;
• Deliver VIP Service to all guests by being engaged with our guest’s needs and desires;
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our guest’s time;
• Performs other related duties as may be required by immediate supervisor
المهارات
Possess a valid UAE Driver’s license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience involving sales through regional resellers. Has evident passion for customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly). Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities. Proven ability to build relationships and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
