Job Description and Requirements
Generator Technician
a. Maintain & Operate Diesel Generators for power backup
b. Condcut periodical load & no load tests for the Diesel Generators
c. Maintaining log sheets for the Diesel Generators
d. Maintain & Operate controls for the Diesel Generators
e. Carryout scheduled & routine maintenance of Generators
f. Attending emergency maintenance for generators
g. Responsible for the safe and efficient use of the generators
h. Operation, Maintenace & Monitoring of ATS Panelsa. Technical Certificate in Electrical
b. Minimum of 10 years experience in the Diesel Generator Operation and Maintenance
c. Possess good communication skills.
d.Should have a sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the Diesel Power Generators.
h. Knowledge in ATS operation
g. Knowledge in HV generators will be an added advantage
