Job Description and Requirements
a. To maintain the complex Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems, associated controls and any other related equipment
b. Carry out the service and maintenance of the various types of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
c. Execute installation works ofsmall AC units as and when required.
d. Perform the clerical duties as required by the job.
e. Proper feedback to the Team Leader / Supervisor.
f. Good Working relationship and Proper Coordination with the team members.
g. Suggest process improvements.
h. Suggest improvements in PPM task sheets.a. Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning.
b. Minimum of 10 years experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry as a service mechanic or technician.
c. Possess good communication skills.
d. Fluent in written and spoken English – Not necessary in all cases. Technical skills will take the lead quality for the employee.
e. Computer literacy and knowledge is an added qualification.
f. Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.
g. Should have a sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.
h. VRF system knowledge will be an added advantage
