Job Description and Requirements
. Installing, maintaining and repairing all kind of AC equipment
b. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
c. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
d. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
e. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
f. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
g. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
h. Complying with service standards, work instructions and client’s requirements.a. Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning.
b. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry as a service mechanic or technician.
c. Possess good communication skills.
d. Fluent in written and spoken English – Not necessary in all cases. Technical skills will take the lead quality for the employee.
e. Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.
f. Should have a sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.
