The selected candidate will be responsible for being the HR employee relations expert for all employees within the Middle East and across a number of remote locations

Our client is a leading business within the Media industry who are expanding across the region
Description
Act as a subject matter expert for all Employee Relations queries within the businessWork closely with the HR lead to collect all HR information, create reports to show employee trendsAct as an HR Manager for all employees working within remote locationsEnsure all new joiners are on boarded successfully and effectively and run all probation reviewsManage and monitor all resignations and fulfil exit interviewsWork closely with line managers to provide coaching in regards to dealing with their overseas employeesEducate managers on all HR policies and ProceduresWork as an HR BP and provide strategic support to managers/employees within global locations
Profile
Minimum of 10 years HR experience working with a large business within the Middle EastDegree QualifiedFluent Arabic Speaker - ESSENTIALExperience managing employees across multiple locations globallyExperience working within the Media/Telcoms industry - PreferredExperience working within a role which is heavily focused on Employee relations
