We are looking to recruit Estimation Manager (Minimum 8 Years of Experience)- UAE, Abu Dhabi
Offered Package: 15,000 AED
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
(Quantity Survey Diploma will be added advantage)
Key Competencies : Cost control, Quantity Survey Experience
• Prepare, Evaluate and Manage Cost estimates by reviewing proposals and tender requirements
• Implement technical estimating standards and procedures.
• Obtain/coordinate with Procurement and Subcontracting Manager to obtain proposals for labour, material and equipment.
• Evaluation of proposals to ensure they meet project specifications and budget requirements.
• Cost estimation by gathering tender requirements, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
