-At least 7 – 10 years demonstrable experience of successfully managing integration, infrastructure and concept to design projects of various sizes and complexities, preferably from an IT services industry environment or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy-Proven ability to manage and motivate a mixed workforce of internal and outsourced resources to achieve maximum efficiency and resultsStrong relationship building and management skills-Quality oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement-Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, -Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field-Significant experience in leading a technical work team with a wide variety of complex functions in a high pressure environment
