• Short-listing the approved list of Bidders from the existing pre-qualified list and assessing their commitments and seeking their Pre-Interest in Participation in the Tender to complete the short listing process.• Post Tender Activities/ Pre Tender Activities• minimum of four years working experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry,• Well versed in Marine / new Build vessel contracts (i.e. BIMCO Standard Shipbuilding Contract),• You are familiar with basic English contract law,• You have a Bachelor degree in Law or Engineering and have gained relevant experience with contracts through your occupation or by additional schooling,• You have excellent analytical and pragmatic skills,
