The Client
The client is a large, local and semi-government owned FMCG organization with wholesale and retail channels regionally and internationally. They are expanding the business and planning to open franchises within the region.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business
Oversees new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with franchise operating procedures
Help franchisees optimise the sales and profit from their respective franchises
المهارات
3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role within the retail industry preferably in food
Proficient in preparation and evaluationof business reports
Has good understanding of consumermarkets
Excellent communication skills
Leadership
Decision making
Multi lingual candidate preferred
