الوصف الوظيفي
Carry out shipping procedures for all shipping requests in the company according to the policies and procedures.
1. Receive shipping requests from the company’s management and work directly with the competent authorities and in coordination with the coordinator of the requester’s dept.
2. Responsible for the timing of shipping orders, monitoring/evaluating the performance of shipping companies, and regular contact to renegotiate the conditions if necessary, and reducing the cost at any time for the company.
3. Choosing the right shipping companies, at the very lowest cost, by ordering and comparing shipping prices in terms of quality of service, cost & lead time for delivery.
4. Dealing with partner offices, shipping companies and agents to ensure completion of shipping process.
5. Comprehensive documentation for all documents related to the shipping requests.
Resolving disputes and claims with shipping companies or end users through the company’s management and in coordination with the legal department of the group.
6. Prepare the daily report for the completed shipping requests.
7. Any task assigned by senior management.
المهارات
- Diploma in business management
- 03 years in shipping field
1. Good knowledge of the nonadministrative, contractual, legal and commercial aspects in the Logistics field.
2. Good organizational skills, and ability to handle multitasks.
3. Familiar and have practical experience with computer programs especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS outlook
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Proficient in English language.
5. Self-motivated development with a high level of creativity, proactive and results oriented.
