Land Surveyor - Public Realm/ Parks / Landscape
JOB OVERVIEW:
• Assists the Resident Engineer in carrying out the field surveys.
• Advises the Resident Engineer of overtime requirements to meet project milestones.
• Liaises with other agencies (Consultants/Contractors) to coordinate the survey work.
• Prepares neat sketches to support the field work.
• Preserves all the survey information (field books, sketches & calculations).
• Completes all surveying assignments on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.
المهارات
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
• 5 years of related experience on landscape projects related to parks, public realm, and others.
• Knowledgeable in hard and soft landscaping works such as streetscapes, paving of roadways, pedestrian walkways, cycleway, and parking lots, cladding, wood decking, site furnishings, natural rock grouping, waterfront, planters, gardens, shading, rest areas, and utility services.
• Preferably with related work experience in UAE, or GCC in an engineering consulting firm.
