We are recruiting a General Manager to head the operations of a F&B;company in the UAE.

Client Details

Our client is an international coffeehouse-style café chain.

Description
Strategic development of the brand within the UAELead the expansion and the openings of the new outletsManage all F&B;and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B;team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and proceduresComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivity

Profile

Proven F&B;management experience with in-depth knowledge of the UAE market

Experience with International Brands

Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Experience with business development and large scale expansion plans

Excellent knowledge and experience in the Restaurant business

Strong in leadership and managerial skills

Strong skills in driving results

Strong in people management and development

At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Hotel Management or any related fields

UAE experience is a must
