o Ensure Client satisfaction with the services provided such as landscaping, water treatment, pest control, technical installations.
o Supervision of the quality of service provided by Third Party Contractors.
o Together with Third Party Services Department, evaluates the performance and development of the contractors/suppliers to improve the level of service.
o Responding appropriately to urgent issues or request raised by Clients by applying proper solutions.
o Proper reporting of issues related to the property handled to Clients/Operations Manager.
o General upkeep and maintenance of the properties handled to ensure that they meet health and safety standards, in compliance with the legal requirements.
o Manage all the in house teams related to technical installations such as HVAC, electrical systems, Hydraulics, etc.
o Manage property budget, to ensure no overspend on approved budget.
o Prioritize and identify technical and services issues according to criticality to the Client.
o Provide the Client / Client Respresetative with full and concise explanation of the expected outcome of and technical services to be carried out at the property.
o Approves procurement requirement and ensures availability of required spare parts and other parts as per need.
o Schedule the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as identified per property.
المهارات
• Engineering degree from a well-reputed university
• Recommended: CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) or similar
• UAE Driver’s license.
