• Responsible for site co-ordination of contractors and suppliers, progress at site, inspection of elements of the work at site and ensure that the project is coordinated and delivered on time and in budget, as per the tender documents.
• Serve as point contact with external vendors related with projects, to sequence the works, arrange access and ensure compliance with the specification and tender documents.
• Site Management.
المهارات
• Education/ Qualification : (BA) Civil Engineer/ (BA) Architecture
• UAE Driver’s License is Must
• Minimum total 8 years in Construction Company Residential with minimum 5 Years in GCC.
• Project exposure in handing finishing works and Marble & Tiles Fit Out
• Experience in delivering projects of various sizes from inception to completion
