My client is a leading European Hospital in the UAE we are seeking a commercially astute HR leader to join the team to support and influence the Commercial leaders across the business, making HR information, knowledge and skills accessible.
We need someone who is able to take steps to create strategies, systems and a climate that encourages others to take courageous steps to develop and embed high performing teams. A team player who can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results whilst demonstrating a collaborative and culturally flexible style.
Key Criteria Required:
• Successful track record as a Senior HRBP / Head of HR within in a growth environment
• Able to analyse and articulate from problem to solution
• Experienced in helping others to shift their behaviours
• Can evidence successfully implementing a people agenda and rolling out key initiatives driven by the Centres of Excellence, across different regions
• Proactive and professional with an engaging and flexible style
• Can inspire followership in other HR professionals and is bought into the Centres of Excellence and Shared Services approach.
• Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical / Clinic or Hospital experience
• Previous experience of working across the Middle East, EU or other markets, with a focus on compliance
• Postgraduate HR qualification or equivalent accreditation is a plus (CIPD, Masters)
• Advanced English language is essential, whilst other European languages or Arabic s a bonus
