الوصف الوظيفي Checking and approving monthly production plan as per market requirement. Responsible for organizing and controlling the material issuance and inventory control in co-ordination with store manager and planning department. Coordinating with packaging, planning department and quality assurance department for the availability of bulk. Responsible for the optimum utilization of the machine and man hours. To evaluate and assess sub-ordinate training’s needs and on the job training requirement. Co-ordinate with maintenance dept for the execution of preventive maintenance program and trouble shooting during the breakdown. Contact external suppliers for tool, equipment requirements in coordination with purchase and maintenance dept. Responsible for plants safety and security in coordination with maintenance department and operation director. Process and capacity optimization of production plants. Verifying master formula and methods, validation of products. Approving the process parameters and in-process controls in the products related non-sterile plants. Verifying the qualification of equipment’s in non-sterile plants. Checking, updating SOPs in order to comply with cGMP. Following daily production activities in order to fulfill production plans. To check and counter sign Batch manufacturing record and process execution correctness. To check and ensure utility performance in coordination with Quality and maintenance dept. المهارات Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Production Manager within the UAE pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Demonstrated ‘self-starter’ who is comfortable working either individually or as part of a cross-functional team with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Results-oriented, focused on success and high quality outcomes.Knowledge of cGMP and QMS and associated application in process improvement and change management. Technical report writing skillsInvestigation and problem solving skills with an analytical approach. Knowledge of Lean management methods. Understanding of H&S;requirements within the workplace. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
